Field and Feast collects the contact information needed to process your order or donation. Authorized coaches for the team you support can see your name, email, order contents and pickup information. Purchase orders also include your phone number so the coach can coordinate pickup.

Stripe processes payments. Your card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by this application. We store payment references, amounts, refunds and the team’s fundraising allocation.

Coach accounts and shopping bags use necessary cookies. Team logos and team stories are public. Order details are restricted to authorized coaches, organizers and the holder of the private receipt link.
